This model ships from France, not Asia: expect a few days, not three weeks. The package contains the coat rack, the assembly kit, and the instructions. You'll need a drill, a level, a screwdriver, and a hammer: mounting requires a sturdy load-bearing wall or, for drywall, appropriate wall anchors purchased separately. Allow one to two hours, and you're set for years.
